God Out - Allah In

Let's see -

"One nation under God" is objectionable and should be struck from the United States Pledge of Allegiance. Huge court case ensues over the separation of church and state.

"In God We Trust" is Photoshopped out of a picture of a coin on a school yearbook.

Teachers can't organize prayer meetings, and though it is constitutional for students to do so, the ACLU challenges it whenever and wherever it occurs.

A judge is ordered to remove the Ten Commandments from his courtroom.

Those are just some of the ways that God - the Judeo-Christian God - is banned from the public setting.

But Allah is allowed!

Yes, you read that right. No God or Christ, but Allah is just all right at school.

See, in America the constitution only applies to the prevailing majority. That's what keeps God separated from state and banished to the church and temple.

But Allah has free reign.

You think I'm kidding? Sorry, no. See, in a little publicized move - that is, the mainstream media forgot to do their homework and the ACLU must have been absent that day -

"California's 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled it's OK to put public-school kids through Muslim role-playing exercises, including:
  • Reciting aloud Muslim prayers that begin with 'In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful . . . .'
  • Memorizing the Muslim profession of faith: 'Allah is the only true God and Muhammad is his messenger.'
  • Chanting 'Praise be to Allah' in response to teacher prompts.
  • Professing as 'true' the Muslim belief that 'The Holy Quran is God's word.'
  • Giving up candy and TV to demonstrate Ramadan, the Muslim holy month of fasting.
  • Designing prayer rugs, taking an Arabic name and essentially "becoming a Muslim" for two full weeks."

God love the hypocrites! After all, I'm finding it very difficult to stir up that good old Christian love for them. And even if I did, I wouldn't be able to express it in school.
