I have a confession to make.
When I was young, I broke the law - I stole cookies from the cafeteria's storage closet. More than once, I'm ashamed to say.
So, in the spirit of amnesty, and getting privileges you have thumbed your nose at and have not earned, I demand free cookies for life!
Who will stand with me? What legislator is willing to put him or herself on the line to reward me for breaking the law?
